Wash legs with warm soapy water. Dry completely.

Once the legs are removed, peel a small section of the leg wrap and apply to the leg, starting at the bottom.

Continue peeling and sticking, making sure you have the wrap centered on the leg.

Starting at the centre, slowly move outward and smooth the wrap around the leg, pushing out any bubbles.
